Since the age of 7, Ms Vicky already had dreams of becoming a piano teacher. Working hard towards this goal of hers, she achieved the certificate of ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano Performance in 2021. She studied at Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) under the Early Childhood Education course in order to further her knowledge on children's care & development, and now is in the middle of finishing her Diploma in Music Teaching under Nanyang School of Fine Arts (NAFA). Her goal as a teacher is to make a difference in her students’ journeys as musicians & nurture their love for music. She believes in being an educator who children can feel safe around in an environment that can seem intimidating like a classroom while still striving to instill important values like integrity & perseverance in their learning.
